By accessing or using the Vaayuu Esports platform (vaayuuesports.com), registering an account, or participating in any tournament, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
Participants must be 13 years of age or older. Players under 18 require parental/guardian consent. You must have a valid account with the respective game (BGMI or Free Fire) and comply with that game's terms of service. Vaayuu Esports reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.
Each tournament has specific rules published on its registration page. General rules include: one account per player, no use of hacks/cheats/exploits, respectful conduct toward all players and staff, and prompt response to scheduling. Vaayuu Esports decisions on disputes are final.
Any participant found using unauthorized software, account sharing, match fixing, or any form of cheating will be immediately disqualified and permanently banned from all future Vaayuu Esports events. Entry fees will not be refunded in such cases.
Prize money will be distributed within 7 business days of tournament completion. Winners must provide valid payment details. Vaayuu Esports reserves the right to withhold prizes pending verification. Tax obligations on prize winnings are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Registration fees are collected via Razorpay (online) or UPI. Fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy. Vaayuu Esports reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tournaments, in which case fees will be refunded per the Refund Policy.
All content on this platform including logos, graphics, and tournament structures is the property of Vaayuu Esports. Game titles (BGMI, Free Fire) are trademarks of their respective owners. Vaayuu Esports is not affiliated with or endorsed by Krafton or Garena.
Vaayuu Esports is not responsible for any technical issues with game servers, internet connectivity problems, or device failures during tournaments. Our liability is limited to the entry fee paid for the affected tournament.
Toxic behaviour, harassment, hate speech, or unsportsmanlike conduct in any Vaayuu Esports channel (platform, Discord, social media) will result in disqualification and/or permanent ban. We are committed to maintaining a respectful gaming community.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
