If Vaayuu Esports cancels a tournament for any reason, all registered participants will receive a 100% refund of their entry fee. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
If a tournament is rescheduled to a new date, participants who cannot attend the new date may request a refund within 48 hours of the rescheduling announcement. Requests submitted after this window will not be eligible for a refund.
Registration fees are non-refundable once a tournament slot is confirmed. If you choose to withdraw from a tournament you have registered for, you will not receive a refund under any circumstances.
If your payment was deducted but you did not receive registration confirmation, or if you were charged twice, contact us immediately at vaayuuesports@gmail.com with your payment ID (available in your Razorpay receipt). Duplicate charges will be refunded within 3–5 business days.
For UPI payments that are pending verification — if the payment is confirmed by us, the slot is allocated. If we cannot verify the payment within 24 hours, the slot will be released and any deducted amount will be refunded. Please keep your UPI transaction reference number as proof.
Participants disqualified for cheating, hacking, toxic behaviour, or rule violations will not receive a refund of their entry fee.
Email us at vaayuuesports@gmail.com with subject line "Refund Request — [Tournament Name]". Include your registered name, email, and payment transaction ID. We will respond within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The time for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank or UPI provider (typically 3–5 additional business days).
