When you register on Vaayuu Esports, we collect your name, email address, and in-game details (IGN and UID) necessary to participate in tournaments. Payment transactions are processed by Razorpay and we do not store your card or bank details on our servers.
Your information is used to manage your account, register you for tournaments, process payments, display leaderboard rankings, and send important tournament announcements. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your data is stored on secured servers. Passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing (bcrypt). We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. While we take every precaution, no internet transmission is 100% secure.
We use session cookies strictly for authentication purposes (keeping you logged in). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but this will prevent you from logging in.
We integrate with Razorpay for payments and Google Fonts for typography. These services have their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing Razorpay's Privacy Policy at razorpay.com/privacy.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days.
